I think that American Airlines has a very good mission. Why? not just because is good orientated to the consumer is also orientated to the employees. that's make me think that they care alot not just in the consumer also they care to much for the employees, and that's very important because the employees are the ones who take care of us, the ones who want us to fly with American Airlines because the good service that they give us. I think is also one of the best ones that i seen before because if you analize another mission statements you will see everything is orientated to the consumer not to the employees and furthermore the employees are the ones who conform the company and the ones who give the revenue to the company.
